Mr. Anderson has over 15 years of experience in the water and wastewater construction business and has worked for MGC for more than 10 years. Kirby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering and is a Design Build Institute of America Designated Professional. He has worked on myriad projects in every function from Project Engineer to Division Manager. Kirby uses his considerable experience helping MGC, our employees and clients succeed in all aspects of project delivery from concept through closeout.

Scott Cochran is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry. He is currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Rosendin, where he has worked since 2021.

Throughout his career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in a wide range of projects, including industrial, commercial, and healthcare ventures of various sizes. He has a comprehensive understanding of high-voltage and low-voltage applications, skillfully integrating them into successful project outcomes.

Scott's unwavering support for the Design-Build delivery method has made him a valuable asset in the industry. He has actively practiced this approach for over a decade, consistently driving efficiency and innovation in project execution. Furthermore, he is a certified professional by the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and has assumed leadership roles such as Austin Chapter President of DBIA and Secretary of the Southwest Region.

Chris Butler

Chris is a Certified Design Build Professional and a Construction Manager for the Intel Corporation in New Mexico. He has over 17 years of experience as a design-build practitioner in the construction industry. He has worked on a wide range of projects including healthcare, hospitality, office building, industrial, manufacturing, oil and gas, law enforcement and education facilities.

He has been a member of the DBIA since 2011 and a certified DBIA Professional since 2012. Chris has served as a member of the DBIA-SW board since 2012 and has served as an executive committee member since 2014.

Prior to joining the Intel Corporation, Chris was the Project Management Director for Jaynes Corporation’s Healthcare Division. He provided complete project management oversight for all their healthcare work.

Chris honorably served in the United States Air Force and Graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He is passionate about the design build delivery method and enjoys working with clients that are experiencing the process for the first time. He has a history of being awarded projects as a direct result of satisfied customers.

David Kinchen

With 30+ years of experience, David currently leads Burns & McDonnell’s water services in the Southwest, including Texas and surrounding areas. This growing team of engineering, construction, and design professionals deliver water and wastewater solutions for municipalities, utilities, and industrial clients.

Throughout his career, David has led multidisciplinary teams and managed nearly $1 billion in projects across multiple industry sectors including municipal and industrial water and wastewater. He has served in key leadership and management positions at major, top-tier engineering and construction management firms.

A thought leader in the water and wastewater design-build industry, David has presented, instructed, and spoken at multiple conferences and owner forums, and has written articles for leading industry publications.

Joseph Hutchinson

Joseph Hutchinson

Joe is a certified DBIA professional with 15+ years experience. Joe is a Navy veteran with two deployments during the war on terrorism, one to the middle east and one to south America. Joe graduated top of his class in both undergraduate and graduate studies. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management, a master’s degree in business administration, and a master’s degree in finance.

Joe is the founder and president of Hutchinson Construction, which specializes in civil construction. Hutchinson Construction serves private and public markets within the Texas and Southeast regions, seeking to bring value throughout the project lifecycle, and the communities in which they work.

Prior to starting Hutchinson Construction, Joe held key positions with one of the largest, nationally recognized, award winning design-build contractors, including starting a civil division within the company. He has led alternative delivery pursuits across multiple markets, including pursuits in excess of $1 billion. Joe has led construction operations of over $1 billion in his career, the largest project being over $300 million. Joe’s market segment experience includes heavy civil, manufacturing, mission critical, aviation, water & wastewater, federal, energy and commercial markets. His project delivery experience includes EPC, BOP, Design-build, CMGC and CMAR.
