Kick off the 2025 DBIA-SW Regional Conference with a day full of opportunities to connect, learn, and network in a relaxed yet impactful setting. Choose from two exciting pre-conference activities—our inaugural Golf Tournament or the exclusive Austin Light Rail Project Tour—and cap off the day with the Conference Reception at River Place Country Club.

Tee off with peers and industry leaders in a fun, informal atmosphere designed to maximize networking. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or a beginner, this tournament is a great way to build connections.

LIGHT RAIL BUS TOUR

Join the Austin Transit Partnership for an exclusive tour of Austin’s groundbreaking light rail project, designed specifically for AEC professionals. This innovative electric-powered train system will transform urban transit with 15 strategically placed stations.

1:30 PM: Tour Registration Opens
2:00 PM: Austin Light Rail Bus Tour Begins
5:00 PM: Return in time for the Conference Networking Receiption!

Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel your registration on or before April 12, we will refund your registration fee, minus a 10% processing fee. After April 12, we cannot issue any refunds, as we will have already made financial commitments based on our expected attendance numbers.
