Andrea Ghee, ENV SP

Andrea Ghee brings over a decade of experience in contract administration, specializing in complex contracts such as RFI, RFP, IDIQ, and Design-Build, with expertise spanning in procurement and design for both government and private sectors. With a proven track record of successfully leading projects from schematic design to close-out, she has managed notable projects, including the $128.8M DART Red & Blue Line Platform Extensions and the $156M Dallas County Records Building historic renovation. Known for her strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills, she has a passion for delivering impactful construction projects. A graduate of Wade College with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, she is currently pursuing her NCIDQ and DBIA certification. She is a Senior Contract Administrator at Austin Transit Partnership who will oversee the Progressive Design-Build contract, focusing on civil works, rail infrastructure, stations, and systems.
