Arnab Gupta, P.E.

Arnab currently serves as the Vice President of Design & Construction at Austin Transit Partnership (ATP), where he manages the design and construction of the Austin Light Rail. With over 24 years of experience, he specializes in delivering large-scale projects and driving innovation in transportation infrastructure. In his prior roles Arnab has led significant projects such as the Phoenix Light Rail, Tempe Streetcar, Oklahoma City Streetcar, Oakhill Parkway and worked in leadership roles with large infrastructure consulting firms.

He holds an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Master’s in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas and Arizona. He was recognized in 2015 as one of Mass Transit Magazine's,"Top 40 Under 40," for fostering sustainable mobility solutions and advancing the future of transportation. He is actively involved in the transit industry, and serves as Secretary for the APTA’s Automated Transit Technical Forum.
