As a Senior Project Manager, Associate Vice President, and Transportation Department Manager for AECOM’s Houston office, he leads multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex, high-profile projects that enhance mobility and connectivity.   

David has a proven track record of managing mega-projects for state Departments of Transportation, with a particular focus on intricate interchange designs. His expertise in navigating technical challenges, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving innovative solutions has made him a trusted partner in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure.   

Beyond his professional achievements, David is a dedicated father to three sons and an avid scuba diver who enjoys exploring the underwater world in his spare time.
