Hillary Fontenot, PE, Assoc. DBIA, is a seasoned Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in delivering complex water and wastewater systems. She has successfully managed projects ranging from $21 million to $210 million, specializing in construction management, procurement planning, and quality management. Hillary holds a BS in Civil Engineering and an MS in Teaching, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Currently with Burns & McDonnell, she has been instrumental in several high-profile projects, including the $70M WWTP Design-Build for Tulsa Ports in Inola, OK.
