Jared Christman

Jared Christman serves as the Director of Innovation and Technology at Big State Electric. His is experienced in bridging the gap between field and office workflows within the electrical contractor. Jared has dedicated his time and efforts into researching and implementing best practices focusing on operational efficiency.

He is also actively involved in leveraging AI-powered chatbots to streamline project management processes, while teaching contractors about prompt engineering to minimize errors and improve accuracy. Jared holds a strong passion for advancements in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), as well as the integration of 3D modeling and coordination techniques within electrical projects. Beyond his technical contributions, Jared cohosts the podcast Innovation Overload and Sparky’s Soapbox, where he explores emerging technologies, innovations and discusses the latest industry advancements to stay at the forefront of the electrical industry.
