Kelsey Sconiers, P.E.

Kelsey Sconiers is an accomplished project manager with over 13 years of experience in transportation engineering, specializing in both traditional and alternative delivery methods. She has worked extensively on local and state transportation projects, bringing a well-rounded perspective that spans design, owner advisory roles, and project execution.


With expertise in traffic control planning/maintenance of traffic (MOT), roadway, and traffic engineering design, Kelsey understands the critical importance of seamless communication and coordination throughout a project's lifecycle. Most recently, she has successfully led MOT teams on design-build projects in Austin and San Antonio, delivering high-quality plans that meet design criteria and technical requirements—often on accelerated schedules.


Beyond her professional work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and their one-year-old daughter.
